"When God is able to be explained He
ceases to be God." -Unknown
Have you ever been in a tough situation and
wondered what God was up to? Have you ever seen something that just didn't seem
fair and wonder."why, God"?
Have you
ever experienced something totally awesome, a blessing, and you can't really
explain how it happen.other than God?
There are so many circumstances and situations
that occur in the course of a human life that simply can not be explained by
the human mind. No matter how smart you may be, you are still limited in your
ability to explain the awesomeness of God Almighty!
What "kicks in" when human reason fails us?
FAITH!.
If we could explain
everything that occurs in life (the good and the bad), why would we need things
like: trust, faith, belief .a Savior?
What does God's Word say?:
Now faith
is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. This is
what the ancients were commended for. . Hebrews 11: 1-2
Notice the "ancients" were commended
for their faith. It is my prayer that I live day-to-day sure of my hope in
Christ and trusting Him for the things I can't see and/or explain.
Like those "ancients" (the old school) I hope to
be commended for my faith in Christ. There are no sweeter words to be heard
than, "Well done, my good and faithful servant"!
